Privacy policy
Who is responsible
Calcumi is operated by Dimitri, an individual, in the Republic of Moldova. For anything concerning personal data: dumitru.barbuta1@gmail.com.
The site also serves visitors in the European Union, so both the data protection law of the Republic of Moldova and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for visitors in the EU, apply to it.
What you enter into the calculators
The dates, numbers and other values you put into the forms are used only to work out the answer you asked for, and are discarded immediately afterwards. They never reach a database, because the site does not have one.
When you submit a form, the values appear in the page address. Such a page is explicitly marked private and never enters any shared cache — not ours, not Cloudflare's. Ordinary pages, the ones carrying no data of yours, are public and may be held temporarily.
What we do not do
There is no account, no sign-in and no newsletter. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number anywhere on the site.
We use no analytics service of any kind. We do not sell, rent or exchange data with anyone.
Cookies and scripts
We set no cookies of our own. The site loads one third-party script, Google AdSense, which handles advertising — described in the section below.
If your browser keeps something locally — your chosen language, for instance — it stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Cloudflare
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which processes a visitor's IP address in order to deliver the page and to protect the service against abuse. Cloudflare acts as a processor and keeps its own operational logs under its own privacy policy.
The IP address is not made available to us in a form we could store, and we do not store it.
Advertising: Google AdSense
The site loads the Google AdSense script, which is used to serve advertising. Google and its partners may set cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and personalise advertising, and may process your IP address and browsing data for that purpose.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you are asked to choose through a Google-certified consent message before any such cookie is set. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and you can change your choice later from the same message.
What Google does with data collected through advertising is described in Google's own policy, at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to personal data concerning you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, and to object to processing. You can exercise these by writing to the address above.
In practice, a request for access will be answered with the fact that we hold nothing about you: there is no account, no history, and nothing kept from your calculations.
If you are in the European Union and believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
Children
The site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. As no personal data is collected from any visitor, there is no such information to delete.
